With our Customer & Technology Advisory Board (CAB), we have created a format where selected customers from various industries and company sizes meet with us regularly. The focus is on an open, trusting, and collaborative exchange: we listen to truly understand our customers' priorities and challenges.
In regular meetings, we explore current developments, discuss our innovations - including those resulting from our close collaboration with technology partners like Microsoft - and gather honest feedback. Through this open exchange, members contribute their own experiences while gaining new insights and perspectives. Since many companies face similar questions, this also fosters a valuable peer-to-peer dialogue among the members.
