The Hiyv Scale Hub is PlanB.'s international scaling and delivery organization, based on Hiyv, a joint venture with another internationally established Microsoft partner from the Netherlands. The Hiyv Scale Hub expands available AI, cloud, data, and engineering capacities across all areas of expertise, supporting PlanB. in the sustainable scaling of projects, programs, and operating models.

Clients experience tangible added value through faster implementation, long-term capacity availability, and a resilient delivery organization, even as requirements grow. Clients benefit from additional scaling capabilities without needing to establish new delivery models or expand their own internal structures. Technical leadership, client accountability, and project management remain entirely with PlanB.

Who We Are

The Hiyv Scale Hub is the scalable delivery and operations organization within the PlanB. service portfolio.

The organizational foundation is Hiyv, a joint venture between PlanB. and an international Microsoft partner based in the Netherlands. Hiyv was created to provide additional delivery, operations, and engineering capacity and to support the long-term scaling of the PlanB. organization.

The Hiyv Scale Hub is not a standalone delivery organization or a traditional outsourcing model. The team works as an integrated extension of existing PlanB. teams, providing additional expertise and operational capacity for client projects and services. Professional leadership, client management, governance, and quality responsibility remain entirely with PlanB.

At the same time, Hiyv is gradually evolving into an international competence, operations, and innovation platform for AI, engineering, and operations topics. In addition to providing additional delivery capacity, specialized skills are being developed in the areas of AI operations, security operations, enterprise AI engineering, automation, and productivity-oriented AI.

Looking ahead, Hiyv will support the development of specialized expertise in security operations, AI operations, and AI-based operating models. Furthermore, a joint research and development environment is being established, focusing on applied AI, automation, productivity, and new market-oriented solutions. The goal is to bundle innovation competence, engineering expertise, and operational excellence in the long term and to support the further development of future AI-powered service and operating models.
